Kie Tsutsui (筒井 紀江 Tsutsui Kie) is the wife of Mitsuru Tsutsui and the mother of Hikari Tsutsui and Kaoru Tsutsui.

Kie is a middle-aged woman with puffy dark blue hair and blue eyes.
In Season 2 Episode 3, it is shown that Kie was a beautiful young woman with shoulder-length hair that goes on either side.

Etymology[]
- The name Kie means "chronicle" (紀) (ki) and "bay, inlet" (江) (e).
- Kie's surname Tsutsui means "cylinder, pipe, tube, gun barrel, sleeve" (筒) (tsutsu) and "well, mine shaft, pit" (井) (i).
